Diamond Systems RMA (Returned Material Authorization) procedure

RMA'S WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO CUSTOMERS WHO DIRECTLY PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM
DIAMOND SYSTEMS CORP. ALL RETURN REQUESTS FOR BOARDS PURCHASED THROUGH A DISTRIBUTOR
MUST GO THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTOR.
NOTE: All returns are assumed to be for repair. If you require a credit then
you must speak with our sales department to authorize this.
1. Download and then open the MS Excel RMA Request Form.
2. Fill in the document with your contact information and failure descriptions.
3. Save this and then email it directly to rma@diamondsystems.com.
4. Wait for us to assign a RMA number.
5. Mail the package to the address below.

Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for the repairs to be complete.
(This can vary based on the quantity and/or availability of repair parts)

Customer responsibility:
- Packaging of products must be adequate to ensure board is not damaged during
shipment.
- A contact person should be available if there are any questions during the
evaluation/repair period.
- If we find no problems with the board (NTF) or need more information then
we will attempt to contact the listed person. If there is no response in
3 days then we will ship the boards back as is.
- If the boards have been damaged outside of our manufacturing defect warranty
period or if the problem is not a manufacturing defect then we will send a
repair quote to the listed contact person. This quote will be valid for 30 days.
If we do not hear back within 30 days after sending the quote then the boards
will be sent back as-is.
